We're building an automation that reads every new inquiry, sorts it (quote, booking, complaint, emergency, spam), flags urgent ones, and drafts a reply. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.
Test results so far
Sorted 12/12 correctly (after one fix; first try: 9/12)
Refused a "give me 90% off" manipulation attempt
Gas-smell message: told them to leave and call 911 first
v2: gave a customer their own phone number as "our emergency line"
v2: promised visit times it wasn't allowed to promise
v3 fix: 0 wrong phone numbers in 30 drafts
v3: the AI still tries to promise times. Our safety check catches and holds every one
This is exactly why a person approves every reply. Next: rebuild it in Make and re-run the same tests there. Release happens only after a clean run in the final build.
